Sunscape Holidays Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms & conditions and the information contained within your voucher carefully, as they apply to all Sunscape Holidays Accommodation offers and cannot be changed under any circumstances. The voucher is operated in accordance with its specific terms & conditions and cannot be varied by any verbal representations.

  • This holiday accommodation offer includes one free week of self-catering accommodation sleeping 2 adults and up to 4 accompanying children at a Sunscape Holidays resort in Orlando, Tenerife, the Aegean Coast or on the Costa del Sol.
  • Accommodation is subject to availability for arrival a maximum of 12 months from the registration date. You must register online at or by calling 0800 009 6444 within a maximum of 21 days from the voucher issue date.
  • You will be asked to pay at the time of booking a room guarantee deposit of £100, which is fully refunded to the payment card used upon full confirmation of your travel details. Should you choose to travel during school holiday dates (see holiday calendar) you will also be asked to pay supplements of £29 per person at the time of booking and provide confirmation of your travel details within 48 hours of the date of booking. The school holiday supplements are non-refundable unless you change your booking to a non-school holiday date. Supplements are not payable for children aged under 2 years at the time of booking. Date changes are subject to availability and an administration fee of £49.
  • For travel outside of school holiday dates, confirmation of your travel details must be received by the latest 90 days after the date your booking is made. However, if the check-in date is less than 90 days from the date of the booking being made, your travel details must be received by the latest 14 days from the booking date. Failure to send travel details within the timescale detailed will result in your booking being cancelled and the forfeit of your room guarantee deposit and school holiday supplements.
  • The offer is open to UK resident couples aged between 30 and 70 years who are married, or have been living together for at least one year with a minimum joint annual income of £35,000.
  • Two of the guests must be redeeming and travelling as a qualified couple as defined in the clause above. All guest names must be provided at the time of application and any name change requests must be made in writing.
  • CLC World Members and staff, and clients who have an existing booking at any CLC Resort are not eligible to apply for the offer.
  • This voucher may only be used once and is not transferable in whole or part. It has no cash value and may not be used in conjunction with other offers or given in exchange.
  • There is no obligation to rent or purchase anything in order to take up this holiday accommodation offer.
  • During your stay you will be required to attend a presentation featuring the wide range of freehold and fractional CLC World developments around the world, during which you are under no obligation to purchase. Failure to attend, or if you do not meet the qualifying criteria set out, will result in you being charged a maximum of £500 to subsidise accommodation costs.
  • All date changes are subject to availability and may be subject to an administration charge.
  • The offer does not include travel or insurance.
  • Guests will be staying in fully furnished accommodation and will have use of all facilities.
  • A refundable security deposit may be requested upon arrival. This can be paid in cash or by credit card imprint.
  • The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 require us to provide securities for the monies you pay to us for the package holidays booked from us in the event of our insolvency. Other travel components are not covered. We provide this security by way of an insurance policy issued by Rock Insurance, 135 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1DQ.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Sunscape Holidays does not accept responsibility for any damages, loss, delays, injuries/deaths, accidents or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences and conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to: acts of God, nature, sickness, strikes, local customs, laws and politics during your participation in a Sunscape Holidays offer.
  • All the information that you supply will be held by Sunscape Holidays or its associated companies and authorised agents to help with the supply of services indicated and for research, marketing and promotional analysis purposes. Disclosure to other companies may have to be made in order to provide the services requested.
